The challenge: contracts written by hand, in the field

Every new Blitz client starts with a contract. And every contract starts with the same ritual: a field agent holding a customer's ID card, retyping the name, personal numeric code, address, and document details into a contract template — character by character, often on the move, with the customer waiting.

At 4,000–5,000 contracts a month across 300+ agents, this added up fast. Roughly two minutes of typing per contract meant over 150 hours of manual data entry every month.
